Mobility Accessible Unit with walk-in shower. This cottage features a loveseat and table on a private patio with views of Lake Champlain. There are four Adirondack chairs in between Cottage 4 and 5 with a common fire pit in the outdoor area.
Cottage 4 Only: Dogs are allowed and limited to 50 lbs or less and must be on leash on the grounds at all times. Please be considerate to your neighbors who may have an aversion to dogs. Special exceptions for dogs over 50 lbs, and the number of dogs allowed will be considered on a case-by-case basis. While we understand that some breeds have undeservedly developed a reputation for aggressive behavior, we do have to consider the perception of our other guests. Typically restricted breeds such as pit bull-type breeds, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, and Mastiffs are prohibited.
D.O.T form, vaccination records, and proof of registration are required for service animals.
Dogs must be kept off of furniture and should be thoroughly dried before entering the cottage.
